How many homes have you lived in?

Nest, a company Google recently acquired for $3.2 billion (you might have heard about their smart home thermostats and fire alarms), just conducted a survey that turned up some fascinating results.

They found that 68% of 25-34 year olds would sell their home if they were offered twice its value. Only 47.7% of those over 65 said the same.



Also, did you know that 25 and 64 year olds have lived in approximately the same number of homes? Despite the age gap, Millennials and Baby Boomers have each lived in an average of 5.4 homes in their lifetimes.
